EPA Lead Certified
Did you know that federal law requires that contractors performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb more than six square feet of paint in homes built before 1978 to be certified and trained to follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination?
Trilliam is happy to report that we have completed the appropriate training and received the certification necessary to become an EPA Lead Certified Contractor. We know how to correctly work with homes that have lead paint present in order to minimize risk to you or your family as we renovate your home.
